I’m broken down, hurting, drunk.
You’re staring out into my soul.
Stripped out of fuzz, bare to the bone.
Can’t hardly see the neons glow,
Unpolished ore.
Don’t let me go turn into dust,
Don’t give me gold just feed my soul
Don’t let me go turn into dust,
Don’t give me gold just give me more.
I’m a pair of ripped tights
And I’m holding on a riptide, I’m in undertow.
You’re a sweet perfume vanishing away,
You’re cold to the touch, cold to my love.
Don’t let me go turn into dust,
Don’t give me gold just feed my soul
Don’t let me go turn into dust,
Don’t give me gold just give me more.
